I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, providing a comfortable experience. However, I would have appreciated a brighter bedside light for reading. The service was exceptional, with incredibly kind and helpful staff, especially Mohammed and Yousaf. The location was exceptional, close to the center of the Medina, perfect for exploring Marrakech. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of local items every day. Overall, a great value for money with attention to detail throughout.
The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk to the Koutubia and Jamaa el Fna, making it convenient to explore the souks and enjoy the lively square. The rooms are spacious and well-organized, yet could be quieter. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Yousaf, who goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The dining experience is delightful, with delicious Moroccan tea and a lovely breakfast spread. However, the noise inside the room can be a drawback at times.
